MWD’s customer required 4 x Constant Tension winches to add to their equipment pool. The customer provided an initial wish list. MWD produced a detailed specification, options and price to allow the customer to make an informed decision on which supplier to use.
MWD was successful in gaining the contract to provide the 4 winches. Initial designs were carried out and proposed to the customer for feedback. On agreeing the final design, the detailed design work was completed and issued for manufacture. Assembly and testing of the winches was completed prior to the winches being despatched to the customer.
A site vist to the customer was arranged to outline operation of the units and to hand over the operation manuals.
